Welcome to DaggerList. By accessing or using our service at daggerlist.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
DaggerList is a web-based task management application operated by Morningwood Ventures LLC ("we", "us", "our"). The service allows users to create, organize, and manage tasks and lists, with optional cloud synchronization and collaboration features.
To use DaggerList, you must create an account using Google OAuth, Microsoft OAuth, Apple Sign-In, or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service.
DaggerList offers both free and premium ("Assassin") tiers. Free accounts include cloud sync, shared list participation, and limited file storage. Premium accounts unlock additional features including increased storage, per-list visual customization, cloud backups, and shared list ownership.
Premium subscriptions are billed as described at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers. See sections 4, 5, and 6 below for trial, cancellation, and refund terms.
New Task Assassin subscribers (monthly and yearly) are eligible for a 30-day free trial. During the trial you have full access to all premium features. A valid payment method is required at sign-up.
Your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the 30-day trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost. If you cancel, you will retain full access to premium features until the end of your 30-day trial period, after which your account will revert to the free tier.
One free trial per account. The Kingsguard lifetime membership is not eligible for a free trial.
You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through the subscription management portal, accessible from Settings within the application. Cancellation takes effect as follows:
When the grace period ends (or immediately for trial cancellations), the following changes take effect:
All of your tasks, lists, notes, comments, file attachments, and other content are preserved. You do not lose any data when you cancel -- only premium-exclusive features are removed.
You may re-subscribe at any time to restore premium features. If you re-subscribe during the grace period, your cancellation is reversed and no changes are made to your account.
DaggerList is a digital service. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged. However:
If you believe you were charged in error or wish to dispute a charge, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all content you create within DaggerList, including tasks, lists, notes, and uploaded files. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service. This license terminates when you delete your content or your account.
Your data is stored using Supabase infrastructure with industry-standard encryption. We also cache data in your browser's local storage for offline access. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We perform periodic cloud backups for premium users. Free users can export their data at any time through the Settings panel.
When you share a list or accept an invitation to collaborate, other members of that list will be able to view and (depending on permissions) edit the shared content. You are responsible for the content you contribute to shared lists.
List owners may remove members at any time. Members may leave a shared list at any time.
File uploads are subject to per-file size limits (2 MB for free accounts, 20 MB for premium) and total file storage limits (10 MB free, 250 MB premium). Daily upload limits also apply (50 uploads per day for free accounts, 200 for premium). We reserve the right to remove files that violate these terms or applicable law. You must not upload files you do not have the right to use or share.
Your task data (lists, tasks, preferences) is subject to a separate data quota that varies by account tier. Premium cloud backups (snapshots) are stored separately and do not count against your data quota; up to 20 snapshots are retained with tiered retention intervals.
DaggerList integrates with third-party services including:
Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. DaggerList's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings panel. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when practicable.
Upon account deletion, any active premium subscription is automatically canceled and your data — including shared lists you own — is permanently removed from our servers, and browser local storage on the current device is cleared automatically. Local data cached on other devices is not cleared remotely; if you sign in on another device with cached data, that data may be used to restore your account state.
Kingsguard lifetime members who delete their account may restore their membership by creating a new account with the same email address.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DaggerList and Morningwood Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
